WOW 2 years have passed as today is the actual 2 Year anniversary of www.costaricaticas.com! What was once a gathering of a few likeminded gentlemen has turned into a brotherhood of fine people from all over the world! SO COSTARICATICAS IS TWO YEARS OLD and I personally wanted to thank each and every one of you fine folks for all of your contributions and support in what is now known world wide as simply CRT! Thanks everyone, I hope year 3 is as good as the 1st two as all of you out there have made this place special for me. |

Gentleman and RN, GG, GR, PACO, ZORO, I have enjoyed this board immensley since my 2nd visit this past march. I'm less than a week away from trip #7 and I owe it to this website and all you fine gentlemen and the afore mentioned scoundrels  I have spent MANY hours scouring this site for info and now I'm going to be taking my 1st trip to Colombia thanks to Handy. I feel like I know many of you even though I've only met a few. Hopefully at the 2nd annual I'll be able to put faces to the names of many of my favorite posters. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CRT and Handy will be the one to smack your ass!:wink:

It's amazing how much fun this forum has been for me, and it's been an honor have met so many good guys that I now consider brothers and friends. I want to paste something from an old post of mine that I think says it all on how I feel about CRT: ---------------- To me, this site used to be just a place to compare notes and gain information for future trips. Now, it has evolved to something so much more... it's a band of brothers, a meeting place of great guys with common interests and life-experiences. It's a place to meet true friends... I bonded with so many good guys this trip, and I can honestly say that this aspect of the trip was just as rewarding as any session. Tuesday night at the Key Largo just consumated what we are all about, it felt like a scene straight out of the movie Goodfellas... we were all together in our little group with honey-bunnies all over us, and we were the center of attention and the life of the party there. All eyes were on us, and we truly had a great time laughing, sharing, dancing, drinking and just carrying on. Strangers from all parts of the world, suddenly best of friends for a speck of time in paradise... truly a new and much better level of 'pura vida' for me that I will soon not forget. -------------------- HAPPY B-DAY CRT!
