i wish i would never had posted about my special friend, as the thing became way overblown....Guess the thing to do was to just keep quiet about it, and not make it public knowledge, but, I do know one thing, I was able to help her, and I felt great. Just like you, it didnt cost us much, so why not do a heart good? Might have been the best 100. that I ever spent!!! My girl, just like yours, they are trying very hard, mine put in over 70 applications in and cant find a part-time job, but she will not take the easy way out, as she has morals...For these girls it is especially tough, and if I can provide a small amount of hope for this type, (financially and emotionally) then I am indeed a good person..(not a taker like I have been most of my life). There are always exceptions, and I believe you and I both spotted the real need, not some b.s. that they can spout from their mouth....Time to call mine, think she will be real happy when I tell her Im sending her 50. Just one nite drinking for me, no biggie, as she will get a better return on that, than my hangover the next day!!!
