It has occurred to me that many of the girls must end up with unwanted pregnancies. Do they have to leave the country to have a legal, safe and theraputic abortion?

I have known girls who had abortions in San Jose and I met a gynecologist who does abortions.

He will give the girls several pills called Cytotec to take orally and will grind several more. He sticks the powder inside their vagina in order to open the uterus. No kidding! Oh yeah, he charges $300.00
