Was planning on heading down 15-19 Sept, however, just saw in another thread that the 15th was Cost Rica's independence day...will most businesses be closed (strip clubs, mp's)? Any info on this and the weather/level of tourism would be appreciated. (dont want to go when it's too crowded). |
