Gentlemen,

I'm back from my week-long trip from paradise, and I feel so content with how things turned out. I just wanted to give a huge acknowledgement to this forum, for my appreciation of this site has grown exponentially after this trip.

To me, this site used to be just a place to compare notes and gain information for future trips. Now, it has evolved to something so much more... it's a band of brothers, a meeting place of great guys with common interests and life-experiences. It's a place to meet true friends... I bonded with so many good guys this trip, and I can honestly say that this aspect of the trip was just as rewarding as any session. Tuesday night at the Key Largo just consumated what we are all about, it felt like a scene straight out of the movie Goodfellas... we were all together in our little group with honey-bunnies all over us, and we were the center of attention and the life of the party there. All eyes were on us, and we truly had a great time laughing, sharing, dancing, drinking and just carrying on. Strangers from all parts of the world, suddenly best of friends for a speck of time in paradise... truly a new and much better level of 'pura vida' for me that I will soon not forget.
I have to give some props to some of you:

GetRythm- Brother, you are my Ambassador of Poon. I owe you so much for expanding my horizons and showing me that there is so much more to Costa Rica than just BM/KL. You are a true gentleman and lady's man. The role of "Maverick" and "Goose" switched throughout our adventure, but I will be your wingman any day. I hope this past trip was the first and worst of many more adventures. Though we can't brag about some of the things we did, it's pleasing to know that, even if in the minds of just us two, we definitely earned our way into CRT hall-of-famedom with Sunday's 007 accomplishment. We were both worried the first day about whether or not this trip would be better than our previous ones, and I can say that, hands down, this trip exceeded my expectations in every way, and I give you all the credit. Thank you, bro!! Let's do it again soon.... DO IT!!

JaggedEdge- You are the man, and I owe you a debt of gratitude for our talks. You may not have realized it, but I was in a very bad place emotionally and mentally my first few days in CR. By talking to you about shared career moves, past loves and heartbreaks and losses, and big changes in life, you inadvertently gave me inner peace by realizing that there IS light at the end of every tunnel, and things always seem to find a way of turning out all right. I'm at a major crossroad in life, and the fear of the unknown was getting the best of me. You, without even realizing it, made a difference for me that made everything all right. Thank you...

Hand Solo- The man of hidden talents and undeniable charm... Good for you on setting goals and making it happen with flying colors. Do you get laid every day?... umm, no. But... I recognize that meticulous selectiveness you possess, and let me tell you, that kitten you were with on Tuesday night was the total package, the one worth waiting for. God, I hope you didn't let her go!

Pacoloco- Quiet, calm, and cool, soft-spoken, the equivalent of Max Lowman in "Devil's Advocate". You just kinda disappeared and appeared quietly, slipping quietly away for your next adventure, and the kittens I saw you with were absolute knockouts. Thanks for your kind words on a previous post, and I look forward to hanging out with you on a future trip!

LatinoHeat- It's funny, on my drive home, the song by 50 Cent called "P-I-M-P" came on and I laughed, not helping but think it sounded like you. You have quite the harem of stunners, and they all quietly yearn and long for your undevided attention. I wish we had more time to hang out, but the beauty is that there's always next trip!

Hornybastid- The posterboy for the word "party", and your call-sign suits you well. Your fashion sense and spanish skills are a sure thing with the ladies! You are the epitomy of a good time, thanks for the pick-up on the Le Grillion honey-bunny, I owe you for that one... she rocked my world Monday and Tuesday night. I hope she said yes to your beach getaway invitation. Bro, keep in touch and let's do this again soon!

VegasBob- If we were living long ago in a galaxy far far away, you would be the Yoda of mongering. you are batting 1.00 on all your recommendations, warnings and suggestions. Everyone should make the effort to meet you when in paradise. Thanks for all the restaurant runs and good times!

El Moreno- bro we live in each other's back yards, let's make some memories stateside as well! Though you seperated from the group here and then to deal with your own set of harem adventures and drama, we all had a blast hanging out with you. Here's to Hagen-Daaz and Jada Pinkett!!

Rearwindow and Unoit- Guys, I hope we were great hosts for you first adventure in CR. RW, thanks for taking care of me with the room reservation, and I hope those neck "souveniers" you got wore off right away!!

Anyways, what is CRT to me now? It a group of 3000+ friends where the bond goes far beyond the mongering. I know that I have a brother in almost any city I visit now. This trip was different and better in several ways, but the most important difference is that upon leaving this trip, I didn't only miss the chicas and fun, I also missed my new friends...

Pura vida, till next time,

Ruffnutz

My friend - your undeniable energy, charm, and charisma is exceeded only by your generosity of spirit and a keen insight into people of one way beyond your years. I consider it a privilege to have been your wingman, and I too hope this is only the beginning of many more adventures to come.

BTW - it was my pleasure showing you that life in San Jose exists beyond the BM/KL scene, but in truth, I think you'll always remain a BM/KL man at heart (and why not, with that harem you have going there...).
