I fractured my foot
It may need a cast........

I fly to SJ on Friday the 27th.........

Is it bad or risky to come down with an injury......?

maybe i good get a different nurse to nurse me each night... perhaps several...at once.

No more risky than staying at home & not having it looked at. Possibly less! At home you probably have to drive and walk everywhere. In San Jose a $2 taxi will take you to the front door of your destination. Hopefully you are staying near ground zero, in a situation not requiring stairs. Seriously suggest you at least go to your nearest "doc in the box" and at least get an xray to know if you have a broken bone or not. Some anti-inflammatories and mild pain meds should get you through if its not too serious. Alcohol is probably the best pain med, and is available in mass quantities (except for small bottles of vodka when Circus is in town).

Hey most of us are injured in some way or another.

If El Ceigo ( he is blind ) can come down and have a great time,
you can easily too !!!

ibroke my right foot , 2 days after my cast came off i went down just kept my foot elavated. take taxis around because crossing the streets can be an adventure

Just have them wheel you into the Sportsman's and have the staff there bring you the hairpie.

Wear your cast to the airport and use crutches if you have them, and the airlines will give you first class treatment, probably letting you board first and even having someone take you around in a wheelchair. When my wife and I went to Vegas last year (with a broken ankle bone), it was almost embarassing how they made a big deal for her because she had an air-cast on .......Almost worth borrowing an air cast just to get through the lines at the airport
