You are absolutely correct.
I am at the Presidente in the center of the mess. They local government run power company is installing a new meter.

The Presidente staff said they are aware of it and will have "essential" back up power. I hope that includes the elevator tomorrow. And I hope includes hot water heaters.

Note to self: Get up real early and take a shower and go to breakfast before 7 AM.

This "stairmaster" stuff is hard on these old joints.
