I am an idiot....the night before I leave on a 7:15 AM flight I drop my cell in my car and the back drops off and lose my SIM card....nowhere to be found..... Is there a mode of retail purchase, other than internet for a replacement in San Jose.... Any info would be appreciated......It is a T-Mobile phone.... CG |

I don't think that there is a way to replace your sim while in Costa Rica but regardless contact T-Mobile and tell them that you lost your sim and have them block / deactivate / disable it, you don't want someone else using it to call across the world at $4 a minute. |

SIM cards are not available in Costa Rica. ICE (Govt. monopoly) will not sell them to anyone not using a CR line. |
