Hola all mi gringo amigos..... I just read my buddy Paco Loco's post about these chicas reading our board. Let's face the facts boys, it was just a matter of time. We are running around the DR wearing hats and shirts and calling each other by our riduculous board names. Shit, I know these chicas ain't the smartest in the class but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure all about this board. I vote for a chica section on the board. Wouldn't be hilarious to read their responses to the Trip Reports. Quite frankly, most everything has already been covered already. All of these chicas can make up the same crazy board names like Love mi Papi or Loca Chica. If you can't beat 'em join 'em........ Like the recent post by Twarag on Dorothy Hamill.... Twarag, I am very sorry I insulted you by asking you money up front but you really didn't think I was going to blow you sin condom, did ya? No worries, although I am aging and putting on some weight, I still can extract a cien here and there. No hard feelings Twarag. OK papi? We still friends? Dorothy |

I'm sure that some girls do, but I don't think it's a good idea to promote it. There is just too much negatives that can occur and not enough positives. For example....what if a girl uses the search function and it pulls up all the posts w/ her name in it. Now she finds out all we are saying, or that we have pics...and pretty soon those of us who have shared information or pics are now cut off, or worse even, she tells all the girls we are bad news and we have a bigger problem. The net effect would be that less posters, including many like me, would be unwilling to post alot of information for fear of it falling into enemy hands. The quality of the board would go down not up. What do you have to gain? Learn what they think? Shit....I have heard that bullshit on other latin oriented boards for years. Give me a break. If anyone needs them to tell you how the chicks think, then that person needs to pull their head out of their ass and go down there and get in the game. The facts are that I don't think alot of girls are just gonna surf the net. Sure, you see alot of them on the computer, but EVERY TIME I have walked behind them, I see they are checking their email. Probably seeing if some chump has sent his Western Union wire. These girls are there to work, not to surf the net. |

The way to control something is not to ignore it. I don't think it's a bad idea. Think of the possibilities. You could run a post like this. Will be in San Jose July 9th till 16. Am 58 years old 5.8. 155 pounds. Will be staying at the hotel Del Rey. Would like to meet two young ladies a day. Prefer 20 to 25 years old, under 5 ft. 6 and 110 pounds. Times would be 1pm and 8 PM each day. In-counter to last one to two hours. Will begin conducting interviews at 2 PM on the 9th in the lobby of the hotel Del Rey. Mente: You make a good point about a personal add. My points were submitted with both truth and humor in mind. The girls are reading the board. It only takes one girl with good English skills to translate. We should find ways to take advantage of this. Mine may not have been the best idea but if something exists that you cannot make go away it is best to make it work for you. With that said; if my ad went out for real how many of you guys would just happene to be in the lobby of the Del Rey at 2 PM on July 9th? Food for thought. The more I think about it, the fact that we give our CRT VIP cards to the girls at ZB with our money all they have to do is look at in for 5 seconds and see the web site address (maybe that is a good recommendation for future VIP cards, No Web Site Address, just the logo, I think all of the members know the site address prior to paying the VIP upgrade) Although some of the chicas are dumb as a rock, It only takes one to figure it out and pass it on to the others, I would have to think a small percentage have some internet savvy. As far as all of the posts regarding a chica section, I think that would be a mistake, If the chicas who are reading the board (as suggested) wanted to be known they would probably make it pretty obvious to us. Personally I have never and will never mention this board to anyone less than a trusted MALE friend or CRT bretheren. I do not wish to offend anyone, but just one monger's opinion CG |
