Post subject:  A New Map

As many of you know, I have had a link on my webpage for Lumps` map and it has served us all well. I have lost touch with Lumps  and the link to his map is now dead. I took this opportunity to take a blank street map of San Jose and create an updated version of the map. I have indicated each location by a red number which corresponds to the key page below the map.
Remember that this is a work in progress. There are some places that are not on the map but they will be added eventually and there may possibly be an error. I would appreciate any assistance in these areas.
The map is printable to take with you. Just right click on the map portion and save it as a jpg. Do the same with the key section. Then print it on both sides of the paper and you have a map to go.
The map can be found at www.dongordo.com

FYI, you might want to add Sportsmen's Lodge to your own copy. It's on Calle 13, between Avenidas 9 and 11. Basically, it's 2 blocks to the right (east) and a half block North of New Fantasy.

Coqui...Kamur is not located in the downtown area. If I'm not mistaken, it is located in Paso Ancho, adjacent to the southern 'beltway'.

We have a CRT gulch map in the VIP Gallery - Tica pics section.
It's on page 127, item #760.

It's not interactive but it can be downloaded and prints on an 8 1/2 X 11 page.

Thank you Dongordo for your revised map. Things like this are very helpful to newbee's as well as the vets.

For those of you who do not know Dongordo, he is a quality gentleman, with a wealth of information about our beloved Costa Rica. I would highly suggest finding out when he makes it down, and befriend him. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and a very sick gentleman, but in a very good way.

Pura vida,

Dallasman aka Dman( the other one )
