I went to a Endocronolgist next door to Cima in Escazu, there are 2 doctors office buildings with doctors next to the hospital. I am sure they have a gastroenterologist in there somewhere. I had 5 office visits in 2 days as I would walk over to Cima for blood tests and get results within minutes (maybe 30 mins for one) and wait to see the doctor. I had and ultrasound done the same day as well almost 5pm which confirmed what the doctor was thinking blocked lymph node that was swollen on my neck. Out of caution I wanted the 3rd blood test as the other 2 ruled out anything too bad but I wanted to make sure all was clean which they were. The next day I had the biopsy late in the day and say the doctor before and after the procedure. All told my cash payment was 963.00 for everything and it was very quick. It turned out a couple of hot showers massaging the lymph node was all it took to take care of the problem. Hope that helps......
