Actually is new, RACSA had cleaned up their act and been taken off the blacklist about a year ago. This is a major setback for them and more importantly for their customers. |

It had been taken off some, but remained on quite a few, I have servers in their co-location building.. the old CR netblocks ( 196.x ) are still blackholed by a good part of the net. Knowing how they operate its not a surprise they are back on. |
