So I remembered before even coming to CR that the working girls had to have some kind of card that certified that they were tested often. How legit are those health cards? Regardless I will always wrap it up but you know sometimes I will slip up and in the heat of passion with a regular. Things just happen.

Does anyone have any solid info?

There is no such thing. Some have medical tests they might show you, but there is no such thing as a card unless they made one up. The girls that have medical coverage could make an appointment to get tested, but no one forces them to or even helps them to as far as I know. And lots of them don't have coverage, that is hit and miss.

CAJA as it's known as, it is a public health insurance in Costa Rica and It is very much legit.

As for a health card for hookers , did a working girl tell ya that ?

I mean, I have heard some real far fetched stories from these Chicas but a health card for hookers might top it all.

Best to see Dr. Lee on Calle 7 Y 9 at Farmacia before departing CR and get a Z-pack for those concerns.

Of course there is CAJA, but not everyone has coverage under it. Many of the working girls do not have Caja coverage. And even if they do have Caja coverage there is certainly no requirement for testing, and no one source to see if they have been tested. I have had one chica show me a copy of her most recent tests, but that proves nothing as there was a time lag. A test a month or two old is not that comforting, and the fact the chica went for testing was concerning.

You have to have worked to get CAJA I believe, and since very few of them have actually had a real job, they don't have it.

PS There are no mandatory STD health cards. That's a myth.

I stopped to see Dr. Lee had a lengthy conservation with him before my departure and just finished my Z-pack Friday.

For precaution reasons, I bought the 5 pills 500mg $25, this route which is cost effective and a lot better and less embarrassing than making a Dr appt. to your family physician back home.

He also had some 50 mg generic Viagara 8 for $25, which in the past usually only had 100mg ... then he shows me the Ozempic pens now available $279 for 6 weeks and mentioned he had been taking it for about a year and loss over 70lbs using it, Dr. Lee also mentioned to me HGH will be available soon.

That wouldn't even make any sense. The card would have to be updated every 2 to 4 weeks, each with subsequent test. You'd have to get it stamped, or some other verifiable signature to prove that the new test was negative. The card would quickly run out of places for an authentication stamp, just as a passport runs out of Visa pages for frequent travelers. Even if such as thing did exist, they would constantly be issued new ones, or the current one would get confiscated upon a positive finding.

In the Nevada brothels, a doctor makes the rounds once a month and examines the girls. Turns out the phucking doc is a goddamn male. He signs off on them "somehow", but I don't think it's a laminated card. I believe there is a similar system in The Netherlands. But I'm pretty sure they don't get non reusable cards. If they test positive, they might be "forced" to go to a clinic for treatment, or have their work rights suspended.

Ask him if he has Mounjaro. I'm taking 15mg weekly and it costs me $900 for 4 weeks worth.

That kind of savings would easily pay for a trip every 6 weeks.

I think the card thing is true in Mexico. I know girls there sometimes hide from the doctor if they are not sure, and the ones with the extra cash I know sometimes bribe the doctor to give a clean bill of health.

Or maybe that was all bullshit too, but I was drunk enough to believe it, but the one girl I was talking to sure seemed excited and nervous about hiding from the doctor.

I'll ask Bbond on ISG if there's any truth to it or not.
