I'd like to hire a car and driver to explore the area casually. In many places, I've had great success by talking an Uber driver, are there any local options I should consider?

Probably some Uber drivers in San Jose that would be happy to do that. I don't keep names or numbers for drivers I have had, but a number of them would have been great for that.

Vanessa offers this service. She comes highly recommended here on CRT and speaks excellent English. I have used her to show guys thinking about moving here the different areas of the central valley.
