Making a trip down to San Jose and Jaco in a few weeks. Would like to pickup some Viagra, antibiotics and valium. All legal in the US, but don't need wifey seeing the prescriptions. Any advice on good pharmacies with wide selections? |

Generic Viagra cheap at Sucre, Farma Value big chain low prices, Valium is a problem at many bigger chains, they often want a prescription, better luck with smaller one man operations, Dr Lee on Avenida Central due one block southwest of HDR has good advice, Korean, speaks perfect English, a bit pricier because he's a single proprietor and pays for a premium location, some members here criticized him for that but they don't unnerstann biii ness...

Dr. Lee has everything you need. He does speak English. Cien Boy One stop shopping for everything. BUT he is much more expensive. One example is pain pills which I get for my bod. Pack of 10 is 10k from him and at Sucre there are 7200. More expensive for Viagra also. Go to Sucre for that. |

Dr. Lee is a good option for tourists. English speaking and since he is a doctor (of pharmacology) he can give you items that chain farmacias may not be able to if a doctor doesn't happen to be working (more common on nights and weekends). ED drugs readily available, some antibiotics (Z-Pack & Bactrim - yes, Cipro - probably not), Benzo's are a little more tightly controlled, but you might try Thiocolchicoside (Muscoril) as an alternative. Thiocolchicoside is not widely available in the US, I find it more effective than other pain killers. You might want to bring wifey some Retinol cream, it is available here in higher concentrations than in the US. Adderall & Ritalin are harder to get, but fairly common among medical students.
