If your Spanish is rusty or you don't speak it at all, there's an app called "Talk and Translate". It costs $8.49/week. I just downloaded it and it works great! You can ask it anything in English and it says it back in Spanish. Also, a great way to learn the language from a monger's point of view when chatting with a chica. Here's their ad on YouTube:

Apple also has a free translate app in the new OS. Conversation mode works great with me speaking English and translating into Spanish. Will try with some native speakers and see how the Spanish to English works.

Considering all the free translation apps out there which include speaking and have it translate, $441 per year ($8.49/week) is a very steep price

Google Translate also has a conversation mode, and it's also free.

You tried but some people just are just azzes. Program looks better than free apps which are decent but far from perfect. Probably worth the money while on a two week vacation.
