Hello everyone, Old timer here from long ago and now I need a bit of help. When I was last in Costa Rica I had some implants done using the dental clinic that was once a sponsor of CRT. I have searched the site but can no longer find the clinic as a sponsor. The owner was an American and a good guy. Sadly his wife was shot and killed in the parking lot of the practice if that helps to jog anyone's memory of the name of the practice. My problem is that I had several implants done through a dentist recommended by them but now need a repair to one of them but need to obtain my dental records in order to facilitate the repair. I don't remember the name of the dentist I was referred to but do remember he did his training at Heidelberg University in Germany. If anyone has an idea who the dentist is or how to get in touch with the referring clinic that might know any help would be sincerely appreciated. My best to all of you, Taz |

They are now called the Costa Rica Dental Team. Same location in Curridibat. I have used their services for over 10 years. They can be found using Google. |
