- Costa Rica reported 0 COVID-Related deaths for 3 days in a row. - They have begun giving boosters to First Responders and residents over 65. - The government is expected to announce updated restrictions at mid day today. |

Not a complete removal of restrictions, but beginning 20-December and until 15-January, the driving restrictions will begin at midnight and run through 5am.
