The tax man crime tape came off of the Del Rey and Key Largo this morning. A few people inside working. I dont know anything else. |

I walked by HDR on Thursday morning and the yellow tape was still on the doors and windows and no one was inside. Apparently something is now going on... When looking into the windows and doors of the HDR, the memories of what the place once was came rushing back. Damn....met hundreds of beautiful chicas there, pulled dozens of the cream of the crop, the Holloween and Super Bowl parties, partying with my crew there that we still talk about to this day... Unlikely that it will return to it's former self, but one has to have dreams... |

I’m staying at Hotel South Beach now and people here are telling me that it’s reopening in a couple of weeks. Apparently the owner leased the Hotel and business and its going to be like before and not a family hotel. |

When I was in SJO staying at the Castillo over Halloween week some of the chicas were saying that the DR was going to open by December. Not sure how reliable the chica network is? Time will tell. |

That's good news because the SL is getting so dull lately plus they messed up the date for their Halloween party. |

Last time I looked inside the Rey, the slot machines were still in the back casino area and the Marlin was still on the wall. Hopefully it will reopen as the same monger friendly establishment it has always been, but with better management. If the new owner is who it is rumored to be then I have some hope that the landmark will regain its former status as the belly of the beast. |
