Thanks for the info..can you just go to Fischel and receive the vitamin B shot on site? If not how do you contact Fischel to get a delivery…by Whatsapp? Through a website?
Thanks
I order and get mine delivered via Uber. Here in CR, they partner with "Cornershop" to deliver from various stores. Groceries, pharmacies, department stores, sex shops. Because I pay for UberPass these deliveries are free (I also get free UberEats deliveries and 10% off rides). It costs me c5mil a month and generally saves me c30mil. Being partially disabled and living here FT makes it a good option for me.
You can also order directly from Fischel and they will deliver. Most chain pharmacies have web sites now so you can check prices and availability. Many also deliver in the GAM for c2mil or less. Like most places, COVID has forced a lot of businesses to move online.
You might find it interesting to check the price and availability your US prescriptions. Clinica Biblica will have the widest range of drugs and you will need to search by the Spanish name. You can find the names by setting your VPN location to CR and doing a google search.
Fischel:

https://alivioexpress.com/inicio/esp/As a general rule, I find things that are prescription in the US to be cheaper and more easily available here. It's not like it used to be, but a lot of items like diabetes, hypertension, renal, etc drugs are available without a prescription. You will also find a lot of items that are not available in the US because of FDA restrictions or federal rules concerning their R&D by fetal tissue lines.
For those of you with poor US insurance and high medical costs, you might want to compare the costs here. It might offset the cost of your trip. For example, I saw a private specialist (endocrinologist) at Hospital Clinica Biblica here last week bill was c55mil ($88). They also have complete diagnostic and treatment packages. You can find these on their web site and I believe CRT member WordWiz does some medical tourism coordination.
As far as on-site injections, I suspect COVID concerns have restricted these except in a clinical setting. The main Fischel location might offer it but I doubt the smaller ones will.
Fischel & Biblica are definitely NOT the cheapest pharmacies here, but they usually have most items in stock and their delivery systems are efficient. Biblica's main pharmacy (inside on the ground floor) is open 24x7, has English speaking staff. It is also close to Las Margaritas (Pension/Strip Club) and Bar & Pension Argentina. But be aware, it is also close to Club Teatro (gay), unless that is your thing.
