Anyway, the ignorance of Tijuana on this board is astounding. Yes, I know its for Costa Rica...but Colombia comes up quite a bit. Perhaps it's because the majority of the people here are on the East Coast or in the Southeast.

Not only is it a board about Costa Rica, it is even a forum specifically for info about Costa Rica and a post about restrictions in Costa Rica. What is astounding is TC's total lack of recent info about or experience in Costa Rica coupled a burning desire to inject Tijuana into his every post.

I think you hit on it...and perhaps consider the name of this board... Costa Rica Ticas. I'm surprised they even allow discussion of other places... many boards don't.

I'm sure there are similar places to discuss Tijuana in detail, or Colombia for that matter. I go to other places for information on Colombia, for example. But overall I am happy that these posts are allowed here, and there are a couple of spots dedicated to discussion of places outside of CR as many members go to various places. But primarily this board was set up for Costa Rica, and to help members navigate there. Also note that the board is advertiser supported, and those businesses are located mostly in Costa Rica.

LOL. Well, Mr. Boynton, you're not completely wrong. I do talk about Tijuana somewhat frequently here....but I rarely post. That said, in my defense, for the most part, I keep my posts confined to the forums here devoted to locations outside of Costa Rica. All that said, when someone here implied that if a dude can't go to Costa Rica, their only option is the American escort industry ( a problematic industry for several reasons), that is so obviously not true that I had to mention Tijuana. Mr. Boynton, you made a similar point with your Yellowstone National Park reference. By the way, don't diss Yellowstone National Park. It's an awesome place. Prostitution may not be available there (LOL), but lot's of wonderful things are, such as awesome scenery and wildlife. It's one of my favorite places. I will try my best, as I have been doing, to keep mention of Tijuana limited to the appropriate forums here...but I think it's important for people who don't want to go to Costa Rica for whatever reason to know that there are other options in Latin America for sex tourism and they're not stuck with the U.S. sex industry, as others here have implied.
