Due to significant differences in case numbers, health services, population density, etc., it's a lot more likely that tourists are bringing COVID (and most other infectious diseases) into CR than it is that they're contracting it in the country. Working girls (and most other workers) are still doing their jobs, just with reduced hours due to government restrictions. Take steps to protect yourself and avoid spreading. Pura vida
