recently daily covid cases have gone up quite a bit 2500+ per day. Seems to be getting cloase to previous peak.
is this reducing number of working women who show up at SL and taormina etc.
Are there any rumors of mongers getting infected by working women in San Jose, specially the ones working in high traffic massage places like 360 or monicas

Due to significant differences in case numbers, health services, population density, etc., it's a lot more likely that tourists are bringing COVID (and most other infectious diseases) into CR than it is that they're contracting it in the country. Working girls (and most other workers) are still doing their jobs, just with reduced hours due to government restrictions. Take steps to protect yourself and avoid spreading. Pura vida

Indeed, 100 percent manure.

If the government would only close the borders, it would solve the COVID crisis? 20 or 30 thousand weekly visitors is small compared to the 5 million people who breathe on each other every day.

A tourist may eventually step off the plane and bring a new variant. But, that new variant is already coming one way or another.
