With 2 weeks left until my return I just thought I'd check to see how alive or dead things are at the SL. I'll be spending 2 long 4 day weekends there starting in 2 weeks. Personally I don't care much to go out and "hunt" preferring instead to kick back at the SL and hope for a good score there. Thx.

SL is still full of $100.00+ girls and a lot of business has shifted to Taormina. Always crowded after 5-6 pm.

Does the SL still go to bed at 9:00 pm? How late do things keep going at Taormina?

Where's the Taormina? What's the scene? Haven't heard of it.

In Sicily, near Mount Etna. They got an Italian restaurant.

The closing times should be 10pm now. Covid seems to be getting worse now.

I was told by Hanya that it is the new Del Rey. I ended up going with the all inclusive penthouse rooms at Hotel Castillo to see how they are after wasting money in the past on the Hotel Balmoral and that little piece of crap at the front desk. Talk about a guy that takes his job way to serious.

You will find the PH a great setup. Big room and 2 couches to play on. The upstairs balcony is cool also.
Make sure you plan accordingly when you leave your room and have everything you need, going all the way back up unnecessarily is not fun multiple times a day jajaja.

Stayed in Penthouse 2 on my last two trips. Great room. Very comfortable bed. Nice bath.

Word of warning. Be very careful navigating the stairs to the balcony after a couple of drinks. Also the cushions on the balcony can get soaked after a hard san jose rain even under the roof.
