I posted too early. I noticed its only for vaccinated. I'm not in that group. Nothing against those who do.

Or walk into any US pharmacy and roll up your sleeve. You have options, the chicas are waiting with open arms and spread legs.

The Pase de Salud site hasn't been updated to allow a QR code for vaccinated travelers even though it's within 72 hours of 8/1. Maybe tomorrow...

I paid $23 for a policy from United Airlines for a trip in August. I am going to buy Trawick again also for $28.. The small price for insurance is nothing compared to costs associated with two weeks of quarantine.

Today four people on a Carnival cruise to the Bahamas tested positive. Two were vaccinated and asymptomatic and two were not vaccinated.

Do Trawick and Sagicor pay quarantine costs directly to the provider? Or do we foot the bills ourselves and file a claim?

As of this morning (8/1), questions about vaccination status and the option to upload a scan of your vaccination card have been added to the Pase de Salud website. However, insurance is still required to complete the pass and generate the required QR code.

Thanks Cat. Insurance is small price to pay whether required or not since the costs could skyrocket. $40 for Piece of Mind sounds good to me. When do I need to apply for QR Code? I see someone say 48 hours before leaving and others 72 hours. Does that mean I can apply before or after the 48 or 72 hours? Any idea?
