The sign just went up on the empty space next door to my cigar store. It is called the Red Dog and is supposed to open in 45 days. It occupies the space of defunct Zona 2, Zona Blue etc.
It should a good source of entertainment.

Glad to hear things are getting moving again. Looking forward to popping my head in and checking out the new venue.

Popped into HLH or whatever it is called today. The place was surprisingly busy around 6pm. And I was very pleased to see that Kimberly is still around. She was looking incredible. It's a shame she is so married.

We tried her soda that she opened on my last trip, and the food was surprisingly good Chinese. A little different than what you get in the states but it was certainly some of the better Chinese food I have eaten in Costa Rica.

Where is the soda located. I'd love to stop by.

Just got into town on the 16rh. I decided ti do an early walk from the Castillo down to Bar Poas. On the way up the hill I decided to check out what was formerly known as Zona Blue.

At the bottom of the Hill, occuying part of the old first bar is the Havana Humidor Room. As I dont smoke cigars I didnt stop in but it appeared open. The bar in the old Scores location was open. I went in and had a beer. The bartender was very attractive in a MILFY sort of way and the waitress was a gorgeous (to me) flaca. There were probably 6 other chicas there trying to earn a living. They all looked doable.

Also walking further up the hill I saw that a new restaurant opened in the old Soda Peru location. From the name of the restaurant I am assuming it is middle eastern cuisine. I will probably stop in sometime this week to check it out.
