Heading to San Jose next week. Is the Starbucks in Central Plaza still open, or should I make alternate plans for breakfast?

I was just there 2 weeks ago and found Café Otoya and it's a 2-min walk from Sportsmens Lodge great for breakfast and lunch.

Just a suggestion...

When in San Jose, there are dozens of Tico sodas and other restaurants all around the gringo gulch serving great breakfasts, even the three main hotels, but many others are within walking distance, it just takes a little looking and experimenting, why overpay at a rip off woke arrogant obnoxious Gringo establishment? :?

+ that N-G for not giving the "woke" corporations any more of my money than I have to.

I don't have to but I very much enjoy Coke Zero sugar energy drinks so will buy those but don't see myself buying too much other "woca" colas LOL.

Plus love exploring San Jose and supporting the smaller businesses.

There is a good coffee shop at Ave Central and Calle 2 called El Tostador. I have bought specialty coffees to take home with me and some dry goods for snacks. They have breakfast and lunch as well. Not too far from Monica's. I haven't been to Starbucks in years.

Back in Florida I always hated them, even before they went pc. $5 for a $1 cup of coffee at 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts, same taste.

Florida has a legal concealed carry law, I qualified, got my permit, carried my slim light KelTec 32 in my back pocket where ever I went, it was South Florida, ya know....

Walked up to SBucks door one time (in protest) to meet a friend, they had a sign saying no concealed carry allowed.

I'm following Florida law, kept my rocket in my pocket and walked in, screw them and their faux morality admonishments...try to take it from me, Starbucks, lol... :!:

Leave it to NUTGERMS to turn getting a cup of coffee into an unhinged political rant.
