WoW! Global Income used for Taxes! Probably apply to Legal Gringo Residents for an Income Tax and CAJA premiums??!
When IMF funding was last discussed in September there were road blockades, protests in the street, fire bombing of police, weeping and gnashing of teeth in the legislature. So much so that the Executive quietly shelved the hole thing. In usual style, a series of public meetings where held where nothing substantive was discussed, closed talks were held with the IMF, and now an "agreement in principle" has been reached. The current folks will be able to tout the "success" and leave the "austerity measures" to the next folks. A case of "Eat your cake and let the next guy have the sugar crash".
It will not impact the supply or price of pu*sy. It may impact high roller expats and digital nomads. It will crush holders of domestic debt as the government refinances these with Eurobonds. Global Income is probably an unstoppable trend throughout Latin America and there are ways to adjust to it.
