If your at SL ask around for Russ , used to hang out at pool tables around 11 am.

There are several ...just ask at the front desk. You won't need Spanish for that...just point at the display in whichever pharmacy you go to. Chances are they'll have them ready for you before you ask. As soon as they see you come in the door.

Unless things have changed, I would avoid the pharmacy that is past Hotel Amistad, across the street from the hospital. They have a tendency to inflate the prices for gringos even after the discount they used to give by showing a Sportsmens key. I was not purchasing ED meds but getting antibiotics and pain meds (with a script) following my numerous visits to the dentist, there. I found their prices 30% to 70% higher than other pharmacies.

If you walk from the Sportsmens up toward the central market you will pass a Sucre and a Fischel pharmacy close to Avenue Central on the way to the central market. There is also a La Bomba pharmacy which I found to be the cheapest for the antibiotics in that area but I forget which street. From what I remember there is a Sucre across from the Mas x Menos down from the Del Rey.

Again, as a previous poster said, just ask them at the front desk at the SL and they will point you in the right direction. You might even be able to have them call ahead and get the pricing for you so you don't get hit with a gringo surcharge.

Generally the further south away from the gringo gulch you go the cheaper the prices. as a compromise you could go to a pharmacy on the corner of calle 11 / Ave Central opposite the Am/PM store or one on Ave central next to the Balmoral hotel.
Also if you are buying 8 or 10 ask for a discount, you may get it. Pay cash of course.

I always buy them from Russ at the SL. Just ask someone at the front desk if he is there or when he will be there. I usually buy 10 pills for 25 bucks. 100 mg.
