Out of 42 chicas in the contact list of my monger phone, 18 have installed Telegram since December 1 (42%). I have several chicas who only want to use Instagram since it is not connected any phone number. I also know chicas that still like and use snapchat. The SIM in my monger phone was purchased with cash at the teller of the Walmart in Tibas, activated over the phone, and is associated with the passport of a friend who no longer visits CR (this part was not by design, I simply bought the phone from him when he left). |

Covid Tests and now 3 or more messaging apps needed to Monger!?? Life is Tough! High Class Problems, I guess..... Most don't care, but they'll use whatever app you do if they know it means the possibility of a payday. |

I would say all know or heard of these changes and 1/2 of my 17 Tica contacts have joined Telegram or signal and left Whatsapp https://ticotimes.net/2021/01/13/whatsa ... -to-rivals |

I had no problem getting my main chicas to start texting me using telegram. In fact they had it setup faster than I did. My wingman is texting using signal. Cancelled my Amazon Prime and Twitter accounts. Hate to get rid of instagram though; I would lose contact with all those Russian hookers that send me photos. |

iPhone users Apple’s new App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy will require developers to ask for permission when they use personal data from other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes. Facebook and Google are already working to make these necessary changes this option by was reported to be done by early Spring before Whatsapp policy changes. |
