This is accurate. You contacted Edgar via email or WhatsApp, and he would try to sell you his catalog.

I emailed him way back and he sent me a teaser set of model fotos, and for the modest price of $100 he would send the entire catalog along with "contact info", and any could be mine for the "low low price" of 300-500 bucks. Bear in mind this was in 2010!
