Gentlemen, And I use that term quite loosely ( especially when I'm in the mix ) I believe that the resent animosity that has invaded this board will not end until there is a little compromise....... I believe at the core of this rift is ego based ( the two things in this world that cause the most problems are greed & ego ) What I see going on is sort of like the resentment that happens when a collage graduate straight from school is put in a management position. He is now telling his subordinates what to do and how to do it .. And all the employees that have been doing the jobs for quite some time are bound not to like it.. Knowing that this guy is only booked learned..... It does not mater that what he say's is right , there will always be resentment as I believe it is human nature. The only solution to this is a bit of bending on all both sides ( Damn I hate to even say "sides" as we should be together on this site) Hope this helps... Nucknfuts |

I don't think that Rodney King is the best example of what we are looking for. That boy has been in a lot of trouble before and after he said those words. |

All is calm.... I'm working on a Sticky that will read Newbies Do not post till reading.. It will be tactfully done, and will give Newbies a great point of reference and basic outline, that will hopefully end any of this nonsense once and for all, now let us move on! |
