About 2 weeks ago, Intel announce that they are going to start producing product in San Jose. About 5 years ago, when they moved out of manufacturing, they were the largest private employer in CR and the leading exporter. A stunning reversal for Intel. All of this is supposed to start in a few weeks. |

Think is still on track or because of recent events now on hold? Tech growth I think could be one of the few rare exceptions of the new colossal economic shutdown. In U.S. and proly other parts of the world they are very concerned with having enough band width since most people now working from home and most students studying from home using on-line learning applications most of their at home school time. ----------------- Must balance health and safety, psychological damage due to loss of loved ones and lost incomes with continued loss of economy and god-damn social unrest if this continues on too long. |
