I want to plan a second visit since my first visit was amazing! I went around mid-May this year. Though I have time off from class towards the end of the year and beginning of the year. I hear the selection is quite dull. Plane tickets are not cheap around this time and I'd rather invest in a better time.

For those of you who visit often, what would you say is the best time of the year to visit? Any particular holidays I should avoid, like April/Easter?

I like to travel in the slower times and yes the quantity may be down but I always found what I was looking for. I am not one for the sausage fests but Halloween is a blast and I am in town every year for it. I also do New Years/Christmas, April and July if not fishing in Alaska.

Two slow times are Christmas to New Year and Easter week.

If you want to do a lot of outdoor stuff in addition to mongering then November to April is the dry season, meaning much less rain.

Otherwise any time good for you. Super Bowl and Halloween have a lot more mongers and a bit of a party atmosphere. Usually the end of any month may see more girls out looking for extra money to pay bills.

I, personally, have always enjoyed the first couple weeks in December. The Christmas spirit is in the air....people are happy....and the babe's are eager to earn those extra $$$ for their Christmas shopping. Which is why I'm headed back in almost exactly 48 hours. :D :D :D :D
