I don't know if this helps or not....but I was in Puerto Viejo three years ago. I asked around, subtly, if there was a P4P scene in Puerto Viejo. I was told there was not. Again, that's just my experience from 3 years ago. Take it for what it's worth....which may not be much. LOL.

There is a large P4P scene in Puerto Viejo. Women go there from all over the world to pay the beach boys hundreds of dollars for company.

Thanks for the information. I wondered why so many young girls were there with no young boys. There were groups of foreign girls hanging around on the beaches.

If I was going to be in Puerto Viejo and wanted to find play for pay I would post a profile on Tinder. Once there it will access your location and anything interesting close by will pop up as possible matches. If you like their photo hit the okay button. Not much for the imagination if you post a profile saying you are 65 looking for 20 to 25 year old girls. If you match you have something to work with.
