Anyone know if the new Crocs policy also applies to the condos? I've rented condos there before quite reasonably. There are a couple with way better than room rate prices currently listed on VRBO. In 2015 and 2016 - I had no trouble bringing girls up to the condo floors.
I suppose I can call the hotel before renting a condo at Crocs.
I stayed at one of the Crocs condo units VRBO during a Hurricane Evacuation here in Hilton Head two Summers ago. I had one main Colombian friend who stayed with me and registered so no problems with her. She went home for a few hours a couple times and I pulled up some Ticas hanging around Crocs bar with again no problem. I also rolled down to Frog Bar, brought another back had a few drinks at bar and again no problem. Crocs is definitely geared towards CR families so I think if you are low key about it you are less likely to have problems. They definitely don't want you rolling multiple Ticas out to the pool for a party out there while CR families are enjoying the day.
Nice info about the Palms next door being guest friendly. They have very nice units and the access to Crocs pool is nice. We normally stay at Vista Mar but one of our non mongering friends always stays at Crocs. We always go down and spend the day at the Crocs pool for the $30 day fee which is well worth IMO since the $30 goes towards bar tab and we can all generally eat and drink $30 worth to enjoy a day at their nice pool. Vista Mar pool is decent but I would not hop into the Cocal Pool with an Ebola Outbreak outfit on
