I don't smoke them, but I usually bring back for friends and family when on international trips. When in San Jose, I would go to Hotel Havana to get them from their Humidor room, but on my last trip in Feb, they were closed (I know Zonas took them over last year, so not sure what is going on). I have an upcoming trip in June, looking for alternative recommendations with a large walk-in Humidor type of place with a large selection. Much appreciated. |

The Havana Humidor Room is open. We reconnected our own electric, installed our own front door, painting and signage and other improvements. We are a Habanaos Specialist Store and carry a full selection of genuine Cuban cigars and Trenza De Nicaragua cigars. |

You need to try Tabacas de Costa Rica in Santiago de Puriscal.. They have a website for details, but offer a free tour of the cigar factory. Cigars are great and really reasonably priced. The tour is worth the visit for any Aficionado. |
