Funny Everytime I go to Ave 4 or 6 it's always packed with ticos. Ave 4 has gone almost upscale now around parque central. People should venture out if the gulch now and then. Police raids of this type have been going on for years. They are looking for und***ge providers, illegals, drugs, permits etc...just carry a copy of your passport with current visa. No problema |
