It's in Spanish (naturally). You look at the ad and then contact the person to arrange whatever (or in the case of a pension, go there). I expect most of the phone numbers are WhatsApp numbers.
The "WhatsApp" buttons share the ad through WhatsApp (does not contact the person). I expect the "Phone" buttons call the person (if you are on your phone).
