Met a Tica, 22, who told me 2 years ago she found out she was legally married to a Chinese guy and she knew nothing about it. She said she saw the marriage certificate with their names on it while she was at the Tribunal Supremo for something else. The marriage date on the certificate was the day after her 18th birthday. Anyone ever hear about lawyers doing this? Sounds like a marriage of convenience on paper but she says she would never do that......well, without getting well paid. That’s the part that ticks her off.

I wouldn't believe it. I've found out the hard way that these Ticas will say ANYTHING, for any reason...Money, Sympathy, etc.

I had one tell me she started Ho'in because she and her baby daddy broke up, but still live together but in separate bedrooms :roll: now. And they have NEVER had sexo since :roll:

She is pissed because she did not get any money for it. She said she would do it easily and claims she knew nothing about it.

CR has a national registry where all legal marriages/divorces are recorded. It's very easy to go there and have a search performed.

I saw a picture where a Tica posed in a coffin and her friend sent the pic to a gringo saying she died and needed money for the Babi*s, don't know if it was a joke or if she really did it, but she was in the coffin... :mrgreen:
