I was in CR early this week and since I have come back home, my CR cell gets service thru T-Mobile it looks like. I can make calls and send texts. I'm probably roaming, so I'm curious what it costs per minute or for a text. Strange.

When I had a claro chip I would receive texts in the US, but never tried to use it for calling.
With kolbi, it doesnt work outside of CR.
Moviestar, however has some 'hotspots' in the US (Houston for example) where you use it like you were in CR.

I have a CR kolbi phone, but I keep my US account, make calls over wi-fi and put ALL my contacts for whatsapp on the US phone
