I just sent 2 "Top-up" (whatever TF that means), 1 each to 2 different phones in CR, each for $10. One cost $10.99 & the other $10.88 with the fees. My bank account this morning showed 3 debits for $10.99 & 1 for &10.88. I sent an e-mail message to Ding and am awaiting their response. Probably won't pursue this 2 hard as the $21.98 isn't worth a whole lot of effort. I just wanted everyone to beware of the duplicate charges when dealing with this company!! CostaReeker |

I had something similar happen once and found it to be reversed within a day or so. I didn't engage customer service so I'm not really sure what was going on. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk |

CostaReeker Give it 72 hours to wash. Credit charges can sometimes be duplicated, but when the vendor sends the settlement to the clearing house (for actual payment), this is when it either clears off your statement or actually gets debited. As for your email to customer service, they may only see the single charge, because that is what their system 'thinks' that it sent. |

I have been using Ding for two years, and never had a problem. But you can also use Mobile recharge, I have also used them when Ding was down. |
