I just made a better version with a recipie I found on the internet and its stronger too, he he he. It is surprisingly really good some comments were swapping out the almond extract for coconut extract, changing the half and half to whipping cream, but you need to blend carefully and add the whisky slowly or you curdle the mixture, dont blend too long though. 1 cup Half & Half 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey (I used Jameson's) 1 teaspoon instant coffee (If using Espresso use ½) 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon almond extract Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using. Will keep for up to 2 months. |

Try the Carolinas Irish Creme...I swear I can't tell the difference (b/w that and Bailey's)! I bought a 2 bottle pak from the duty free Fri pm, the one inbetween clearing customs & baggage claim ,on the right, for $25 USD. Not bad & like I said , I can't tell the difference. CostaReeker |

I believe that I have gotten another Irish creme in Costa Rica, St Brendans ( it's what I use up here ) -- I think it's closer to Bailey's than any other I have come across, and half the price |
