In a press release on March 8, the Fiscalia General (Attorney General) said it had sufficient evidence to open a case for murder against two sisters surnamed Gaitan. They are currently serving a six month preventive detention.

There was an article yesterday about 5 police officers abducting an Italian man from a Wal-Mart parking lot. There were cameras that saw some of it including the police vehicle. The police were found and questioned but let go. The Italian man is still missing.

They said there wasn't enough evidence of a crime taking place. Yeah except the eyewitnesses and the videos there was no evidence. But they got the old man Cuba Dave the international mastermind in jail. What's the evidence? Videos! No not of kidnaping but of talking about traveling to a place to engage in a legal activity. F that place.

I read somewhere last year was an all time high for murder & suicide last year and this year may outpace it. The case in the article seems like chica scam to get pregnant by the gringo, have him killed and transfer all his property to her and her sister. I am guessing thats how they get caught. A lot of places in CR to bury the bodies where no-one will look. And do they really even care?
