NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE CREDIT CARDS IN STRIP CLUBS (ANYWHERE, BUT ESPECIALLY IN 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES)

There are too many nefarious characters working at, associated with, or owning these types of places. You will most likely get grossly overcharged (read: gouged) and you will have no way to disprove the charges.

It doesn't say the father was involved. It is possible that he was a victim of his son's little posse.

If I remember correctly, there was a recent thread about someone with fraudulent charges on there credit card at a restaurant, or a nightclub. Wonder if it was the same people?

I try to only pay cash in CR. And if I have to use an ATM in CR, and even card readers here in the US(like in the gas station), I always check with my finger to see if a "reader" is inserted.

And I agree with Orange, a credit card in a 3rd world strip club? no way.....especially those clip joints. They are outright overt about their scams; drink padding, BS dance counts, chica drinks at $20 per, taxi driver commissions, etc. Elite & Tango India are notorious. I have had arguments just to get out of those places. You have to watch your bill more than watching the choices :shock: :shock: :shock: They are super super hot though. Real stunners.
