Latinas in particular seem to enjoy a little music to accompany the experience.

What surprised me was the total and utter disdain for Shakira in Colombia. To my further surprised, Enrique Inglesia & Ricky Martin (yeah, that guy from 15 years ago) are very popular.

So when in Latin America. What songs do you find the chicas enjoy?

Para mi...

- Bailando - Enrique Iglesias
- Estas Noche - J Quiles
- Ella Me Levanto - Daddy Yankee (old song)
- ChocQuibTown - Calentura
- Ai Se Eu Te Pego - Michael Teló
- Labios Prohibidos - Ñengo Flow

So let's build a playlist for the Chicas. Any suggestions?

Favoritos de la mujer latina!

I record Caliente station 156 on Sirius. It has the most current Latino music. I usually record about 5 hours of it.

Health & happiness to all.........

I just stream Caliente over Wifi and leave it on 24x7.

And, if for some reason I get tired of Sirius, I'll switch to Spotify.

P.S. You might not be aware Ricky Martin has been a huge recording star in Latin America ever since he was a teenager in a boy band called Menudo.

You also probably aren't aware Shakira is not exactly "loved" in Colombia.

The older Pioneer receiver that I have for Sirius does not have blue tooth. It uses and external jack, standard 3.5mm or whatever it is. I am listening to it right now in my office.

The good part about Caliente, no matter how you receive it, it plays the most current Latin music. Again, I leave it hooked up and playing on very low when I am out of the room so all I have to do is hit the volume up. This with electric candles, and incense seems to put the ladies in a good mood.

Health & happiness.....

i tried the Caliente station with a few chicas and none of them cared for it. I went and put my music back on and no complaints at all since then.

I must be the oddball, here is my I-Heart (no commercials) stations and favorites:
Rap- Drake, NWA, Eminem, Notorious BIG, Tupac, Snoop, Too Short, Asher Roth, Fetty Wap
Chill - Shwayze, Aer, Jewel, Ed Sheeran
Rock - K*D Rock, Motley Crue, Lynyrd Skynyrd
R&B - Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye

Throw that in a blender, hit the power on the UE boom bluetooth speaker and only occasionally do i need to adjust the playlist midstream :D

Loco: Enrique Iglesias Ft Romeo Santos

El Perdedor: (Bachata) Enrique Iglesias ft. Marco Solis

Cuando me enamoro: Enrique iglesias ft Juan luis guerra

Promise: Romeo Santos Ft Usher
At the end I like to throw in some Salsa by Marc Anthony specifically "Dimelo" (Baby I want to Know)
Bachata music is considered by Latins to be very Romantic
