such bullshit the brilliant politicians in Cali responsible for no infrastructure being in place to retain rain water are screaming for years how we all need to conserve water in the face of the drought (as well as save an endangered fish) and shut down most of the central farming in the state then when every one shuts off their sprinklers and takes short showers the DWP complains they don't have any revenue and raise water prices not to mention somehow Nestle aka Arrowhead water still manages to bottle and sell local water back to the people the utilities are the biggest scam going |
