Escazú expat facing charges including rape of minor

Judicial agents detained a U.S. resident from Escazú Saturday just as he was leaving the country by air. The charge is rape of a minor, said the Judicial Investigating Organization.

The arrest came at Juan Santamaría airport.

The 57-year-old man has not been identified yet, but agents said that he has a home and works in Costa Rica.

The allegation is that the man contacted minors electronically and brought them to his Escazú home. There he is accused of purchasing sex for money.

The rape charge stems from such a scenario that took place in July.

The allegation is that a female minor brought to the home declined the man's advances and that he raped her.

Sunday agents searched the man's dwelling for evidence.

The judicial agency did not give the ages of the women involved. Patronizing a prostitute who is under 18 years is a crime.

Casa Presidencial continually claims that foreign men are coming to the country to engage in sexual conduct with und***ge women, but the allegations announced Sunday do not amount to sexual tourism.

Hey, this is a serious situation for this guy. I hope he is innocent and can prove it. IF and I repeat, IF they can show that he had a girl under 18 in his home then all bets are off.

She can accuse him of anything, consensual or not.

I still have every copy of every ceduala of every girl that has ever visited me. I have always insisted on seeing the ID and if I was at all suspect I'd ask, "So your birthday is in August ? When the ID reads July to see what the response is. ***(These days you can take a picture with a smartphone)***

There is usually more to each story than we know about. Any person can make accusations and this can be handled by attorneys. But having an und***ge person making the accusation adds a lot to the equation.

But this story illustrates that you need to be careful.

As I've posted before.
We are villainized as a group. "They" attempt to group us in with sex predators, traffickers, and any other group that is illegal or sounds deviant.

99% of women hate prostitution. It relegates them of all the pussie power. They try to make sex for money illegal or dirty. Now add in all the church people and the hypocrites whom as soon as they quit "fornicating" and get married want to latch the door for the rest of us single men, we are a small minority.
You must keep in mind one thing. Women hate us. As a group, we have busted out of their confinement. They had the market cornered on sex. They had the market cornered on Men. They had the power.

We unmarried men that interact with working girls are about 1% of the male USA population (google the statistics). The other 99% of men (after being lashed for not finishing their honey-do list ) only sneak to their computers late at night and jerk off to the girls we know personally.

You can accuse anyone of anything. But in CR you don't really have to prove it. They don't give the ages of the alleged victims. Hmmmm.

Yeah a und***ge girl is at a seniors house to make brownies. Something is fishy, she knows better for sure. It's at his home not hers. Sounds like extortion to me.
