Post subject:  Has Anyone Ever.......
Had such an incredible experience with a Tica (and this obviously applies to Stateside residents) that they've flown her from her from C.R. back to the States for a short visit (NOT to stay long-term or for any kind of commitment). I'm just wondering how that may have worked out for the benefit for those of us that can't always get away (due to work reasons) 3 - 4 times a year but still yearn for that Loving Tica experience.

No I have never. Personal opinion....forget about it. Unless she already has a Visa, it will never be worth it.

Dapanz1 is right about the Visa. It is the deciding factor. For a casual visit to the United States you have to find a girl that has a Visa and is able to travel back and forth to the U.S.. I have met several girls who are able to do this. Most of the time they have relatives in the United States and visited them before.

This was a few years back but I did take one girl to Las Vegas. She was not from Costa Rica she was Colombian. I met her at the hotel Del Rey and got to know her over a couple of visits. She was very intelligent, well traveled and what some of you guys would call a trophy girl. Her English was good and we could have long conversations. I like Las Vegas and was telling her about it she had never been there. She said that if I would take her to Las Vegas she would see to it that I really enjoyed it. What could I say?

She flew into Dallas-Fort Worth where I met her and from there we flew into Las Vegas. We stated at the Mirage and had a very nice trip.
For those of you that read Dear Astro: this was strictly a business deal I pay the bills she took care of business. I really enjoyed gambling with a 22-year-old dropped dead gorgeous little plaything standing at my side. At the time I was in my 50s so was really enjoying the looks as people would walk by. With her in a low-cut what ever had no trouble getting into restaurants and lounges. At the end of the trip she flew home with her money and I flew home with my memories. A very good business deal.

I'd like to have seen the looks you got with your stunning "girlfriend" by your side in Vegas. And I know it's all strictly business with your arrangements.
I know 4-5 girls with visas, and met 2 non-working girls last trip that had been to the states.
My amigo flew a DR girl up for 10 days, it was fun for him at first but turned into a real "Jerry Springer episode" when he took her to see her relatives here in the states. :roll:

I offered to bring a DR girl up for a visit but she was not interested, being in school and making good money at the DR, why leave?
Piroca, it is certainly possible, just find one that has a visa,(they usually have relatives here) do a detailed interview, agree on the financial contract, keep your head right and remember it's a business transaction, (like Lee did) and it MIGHT be worth it. Like taking a girl to the beach for a week- NOT just any girl will do- you had better know her personality and have spent some time together to make sure you get along well.
And it will not be just all sex, you will have to take her shopping, out to eat and keep her entertained.
(Might as well just get a girlfriend)- :wink:

I had a tica ask to visit with me after my first trip. She said she has a visa and everything, I just would have to pay for half of the ticket. I though long and hard over it but came to the realization that if I did bring her up I wouldn't be able to spend the time with her because of my work schedual. If I took the time to bring a tica to Boston I'd want to show her a really good time. Not have her bored and sitting in my apartment waiting for me to come home.

Also I realized I didn't know her to well and what if she just disapeared or even worst, did a little side work (with friends neighbors, or family) out of my apartment while I was at work. :shock:

So I would have to take off of work for the week or two she would be there, and lets be honest if I was going to take time off from work I would rather go to CR and enjoy a varity of chicas. :D

While working at Subic Bay, Philippines in 96-97 I met a girl at one of the go-go clubs in Subic City. She was at the time married to a USAF guy and had lived in the states with a green card and all with her husband after Pinitubo blew. She came back to help her mother who was sick and went back with a one-way ticket because she didn't know when she was coming back.

In the meantime her husband decided he liked the single life and refused to send her money or a ticket to come back. So she went back to doing the only thing she had a skill for and that was screwing Americans for $10-20 a night (believe me she was definitely skilled). Anyways, to shorten the story my contract with Subic Bay ended and I brought her back with me (I've gotta quit bringing back live souveniers). What's better than a married chick that you do not have to commit to was my thinking. Wrong.

What a nightmare, this girl did not work, did not drive, and sat around all day until I came home from work and then wanted to party. After a day at work I'm tired and don't always want to go out. I'm not lugging bags of cement or anything like that but meetings drain the life out of you too. Sex was always good and available anytime I wanted to bed her over but it was like having a K*D around and always having keep her busy and her time occupied.

This girl aso had a terrible temper and threw tantrums when she didn't get her way. One night she chucked a remote control at me and it stuck in the drywall. Next day, I bought her a one-way ticket to her sister's who lived in Hawaii.

The long and short of this story. It ain't worth it.
