Post subject: | San Jose Weather |
A few weeks ago there was a thread asking about if it would ever warm up in San Jose. This is from this mornings "Inside Costa Rica" Quote: Cold Weather To Stay With Us Most of This Week
Many tourists come to Costa Rica to get away from the cold and snow of the north, only to find cold and rain. In San José that is. The cold temperatures - 68F / 20C - this morning at 6am - along with some rain is typical for this time of year for the Central Valley and the Caribbean coast, while the Pacific coast is hot and sunny. For the first 10-15 days of January the San José skies are filled with clouds and cold winds make it feel like the freezing north. The cold is felt more at night. But, this will all pass in the week to come and then it's back to hot and sunny days with normal daily temperatures in the Central Valley hovering at 82F / 28C. |

Glad you guys appreciated the report but now the disclaimer first of all weather is, as we all know, unpredictable. If it should stay cold remember I was only the messenger. ![]() The article was from Inside Costa Rica, blame Rico. ![]() |
