There have been several postings about the laws concerning getting a chica pregnant and what happens concerning the Ch*ld as far as payments and nationality are concerned. One thing I thought about and I don't think it has been mentioned is this........the chica (assuming she is on the program and is a pro) should be responsible for her own protection, either from disease or having a baby. I have always thought that since I am a paying customer, therefore she is the pro, that the burden of disease and Babi*s is (I will assuredly cover up and will supply the cover) on her. I am not talking about being a gentleman and doing the gentlemanly thing, because if I were a gentleman then I would not be paying her a fee for her time. Now if she is an actual girlfriend and I was not paying, then it would be extremely different.

Relax Sup.......I cover up......however this subject has been mentioned before and I thought I would throw another idea or two to discuss.

anyone who believes the court is going to take that into consideration is living in a dream world in my opinion. You are going to pay if you are the father period.

Have to go along with the original poster on this - the final burden really should rest with the provider of the service. That, of course, doesn't absolve us of any responsibility, but I think we all agree on that.

The thing I would like to know (and which doesn't seem to have been answered in any previous threads on this topic) is: what jurisdiction would a Costa Rican court have over an American citizen who has left Costa Rica and is now back here in the U.S.?

So if these chicas are going with multiple guys daily how do they pinpoint one as daddy, unless you go bareback and she is using condoms with the rest of the johns? Just another scam, they get pregnant and pinpoint the most advantageous guy as papa. Once again never give these girls your full name or contact info.
